Introduction

Studying the scriptures, ideally, is a process that invites revelation.

Asking the right questions can help put our minds and hearts in the posture where we are ready to receive the word of the Lord for us. 

The following questions are ideas to get you started. Pay attention to any questions that come to you and write them down. The Lord can help you build your own list.

• What do I need to repent of?

• What do I need to strengthen my testimony of?

• How can I exercise my faith?

• How can I respond to the Holy Ghost?

• How am I doing with living my covenants?

• What does God want me to know? 

• What does God want me to feel?

• What does God want me to do?

• In what ways do I need the Lord’s help? 

• What does the Lord think of me?
